Dynatrace Observability Consultant (DevOps)

What you will do

• Guide clients through opportunity identification, proposals, solution architecture, design, proof of concepts, and project delivery.
• Monitor critical application performance and availability, review operational trends, and support troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis.
• Develop observability architectures, demo and lab environments, innovative solutions, and business cases for digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Office on delivery scope, timelines, expectations, quality, and budget.
• Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams on sales collateral, blogs, podcasts, workshops, and industry events.
• Mentor junior team members, contribute to intellectual property, and maintain relevant partner certifications.

Requirements

• French bilingual proficiency is required.
• Strong experience with observability strategies and tools, including Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, AppDynamics, Splunk, and Elastic Stack.
• More than 3 years of experience deploying, configuring, and optimizing observability platforms for large-scale applications and infrastructure.
• Experience integrating observability with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• More than 2 years of experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Octopus Deploy, AWS Config, and Azure Automation & Control.
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, or DevOps, plus scripting with Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, or TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Observability, public cloud DevOps, GitHub or GitLab, and CNCF Kubernetes certifications.
• Experience with Dynatrace Security Monitoring, distributed tracing, log aggregation, metrics monitoring, SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
