What you will do
- Manage customer accounts and influence in-store promotions, execution, visibility, assortment, and stock levels.
- Co-lead business activities with retailers as a Key Account Manager Trainee for a category or customer.
- Develop customer business plans, category strategies, merchandising recommendations, and promotion plans.
- Build customer relationships and support negotiations across space, location, shelving, assortment, and merchandising.
- Develop sales, negotiation, financial, marketing, analytical, and logistics skills.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, and Product Supply.
Requirements
- Be a third-, fourth-, or fifth-year Business or Technical student, or a recent graduate.
- Be available to work at least 32 hours per week for six months.
- Have advanced Slovak and/or Czech and English language skills.
- Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, analytical thinking, leadership, and a positive attitude toward challenges and change.
- Have strong interpersonal and multinational collaboration skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license and be an active driver.
Nice to have
- Evidence of achievements in academic, professional, volunteer, or other non-academic activities.
- Experience gained through international student exchanges or voluntary work.
