Senior Internal Auditor

Location: Radnor, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Supervise and independently conduct risk-based operational, financial, compliance, and process-oriented internal control reviews.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance systems.
• Identify key risks and weaknesses in business and branch processes and recommend improvements to mitigate risk and increase efficiency.
• Document audit tests, processes, findings, and recommendations clearly.
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management action plans and recommended implementations.
• Build constructive relationships with audited entities, safeguard audit independence, and assist with fraud investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or accounting.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in internal audit and/or external audit.
• Knowledge of IIA standards, internal audit practices, and fraud investigation guidelines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule requiring 3 office days in Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Prior industry experience.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• CFE, CIA, or CPA certification, either completed or in progress.
