Wealth Services Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Review new accounts and assign them to the appropriate representatives, teams, and households.
• Organize and validate data in Black Diamond, RCI, and CRM Wealth Platform systems.
• Facilitate data transfers from Black Diamond into additional systems and verify accuracy.
• Support advisors and business partners with account and transaction reviews, including complex and escalated issues.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through weekly reporting, documentation, and data analysis.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial services and/or wealth management.
• At least 1 year of experience with wealth reporting, CRM, and industry-specific platforms such as Pershing, Schwab, or Fidelity.
• Experience with Black Diamond Wealth Platform or an equivalent portfolio reporting tool.
• Knowledge of broker-dealer and RIA business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to analyze large amounts of data.
• A four-year degree or certificate in business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
