Sales Operations Analyst with English and German (Insurance): Managing portfolios, contracts, data analysis, reporting, and client-facing materials for Swiss Re’s L&H Sales Operations team with an accent on cross-functional coordination and reliable operational support. Focus on interpreting portfolio data, coordinating with Technical Accounting, Claims, and Underwriting, and preparing presentations for client visits and events.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid working environment
Base salary: €1,400–€2,300 per month for a full-time role, plus potential performance-based rewards and benefits.

What you will do
- Manage an assigned portfolio, including contract management, data gathering, portfolio analysis, and reporting.
- Act as a point of contact and partner for Client Managers.
- Coordinate tasks across Technical Accounting, Claims, Underwriting, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in projects and business initiatives.
- Prepare presentations for client visits, client events, and conferences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a relevant field; graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Fluent English and German are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, demonstrate ownership, and maintain attention to detail.
- Data literacy and the ability to read and interpret data are advantageous.
Nice to have
- Education or experience in Business Administration.
- Experience in insurance or reinsurance.
