What you will do

• Support account strategists with project coordination, client preparation, and internal task management.
• Assist with SEO research, content briefs, on-page updates, and reporting.
• Write, edit, and produce blog posts, website copy, and social captions.
• Support paid media campaign quality assurance, reporting data pulls, and basic optimization.
• Schedule social media content, manage communities, and maintain content calendars.
• Contribute to creative production, asset resizing, file organization, and cross-department agency work.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in one or more digital marketing functions, including SEO, content, paid media, social media, or account management.
• Curiosity about digital marketing and how channels work together to drive client results.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone to different contexts.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort asking questions, taking direction, following defined processes, and flagging potential issues.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Asana, Monday, or Notion.
• Background in the legal industry or professional services.
• Basic familiarity with WordPress, Canva, or other design tools.
