Global Technical Product Manager (Filtration) (Filtration): Shaping a global filtration product portfolio by defining specifications, managing lifecycle decisions, and translating market needs into development requirements with an accent on product performance, cost optimization, certifications, and technical documentation. Focus on coordinating Stage-Gate/APQP development, solving complex product and quality issues, and strengthening portfolio strategy through benchmarking and value engineering.
Location: Potvorice, Slovakia; hybrid presence with at least 50% on-site per month and international travel of approximately 10–20%

What you will do
- Define and continuously improve global core product specifications and selected regional standards.
- Manage technical product decisions throughout the lifecycle, from launch through optimization and phase-out.
- Translate market and business needs into development requirements and support cross-functional execution.
- Improve product performance, cost, and competitiveness through enhancements and value engineering.
- Provide technical expertise for releases, root cause analysis, complex issues, complaints, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate certifications, test reports, technical documentation, benchmarking, and roadmap input for global market readiness and portfolio strategy.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Technology, or a related technical field.
- Initial professional or research experience in product management, R&D, engineering, or a comparable technical environment; internships, thesis projects, and PhD research are considered.
- Experience or exposure to technical products, development projects, or innovation topics.
- Understanding of technical concepts, testing methods, and documentation.
- Fluent English at minimum B2 level, with the ability to participate in technical discussions.
- Based in or willing to commute to Potvorice, with at least 50% on-site presence per month.
Nice to have
- Experience or interest in filtration, nonwovens, or industrial manufacturing.
- Exposure to root cause analysis, failure analysis, or Stage-Gate development processes.
- Experience in cross-functional or international environments.
