What you will do
- Lead operations for the electrical business class, including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control, and marketing support.
- Manage administrative responsibilities for business class staff and technical services, coordinating with other business classes and area operations.
- Support marketing planning, proposals, interviews, and direct engagement with industrial and public-sector clients.
- Oversee proactive project planning, delivery, evaluation, and client service.
- Select, train, develop, and manage technical personnel while improving technical competencies and service offerings.
- Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, quality assurance, quality control, and professional practice initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering, or closely related field.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Current professional or engineering registration with related technical experience.
- Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
- Ability to collaborate with business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors, project teams, and marketing managers.
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, values, and active participation in an employee-owned culture.
