Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics - USDS

Location: San Jose, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $144,000–$329,334 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses or incentives and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Conduct product analytics and provide recommendations that support product growth.
• Analyze data sources, assess their limitations, and perform exploratory research.
• Communicate complex data insights and analytical conclusions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and monitor core product metrics and investigate the root causes of metric movements.
• Build advanced analytical solutions and models to deliver business outcomes.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or another science or engineering field.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience working with large datasets using SQL.
• Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, autonomous, and highly organized approach to work.
