Aseptic Process Mentor (12-Hour Overnight Shift)

Location: Melrose Park, IL, United States; regular presence in the aseptic complex is essential.

Starting hourly rate: $25 per hour, plus a $1.75 per-hour overnight shift differential.

What you will do

• Monitor aseptic behavior during fills and lyophilizer loading through daily visual audits.
• Identify non-compliance or undesired behavior and take immediate corrective action.
• Mentor operators and supervisors on aseptic technique and provide corrective-action training.
• Inspect the physical condition of the aseptic core and report process metrics to site management.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Training leadership to improve aseptic processes.
• Support media fills, documentation, final vial count verification, and escorted access for non-gown-qualified personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Life Sciences, or an associate degree and/or certificate focused on pharmaceutical manufacturing with one to three years of related experience.
• Experience with aseptic processing, including aseptic gowning qualifications, is desirable.
• Ability to gown and work in an aseptic manufacturing environment.
• Effective spoken and written English is required for understanding policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications.
