Salary: €65,600–€98,400 per year, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive

What you will do
- Design, develop, evaluate, and improve computer vision and machine learning models.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, training, validation, deployment, and retraining.
- Deploy models as APIs, services, or batch processing pipelines and maintain monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and testable Python services that integrate ML capabilities into production applications.
- Implement cloud infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, automation, observability, and reliability practices for ML systems.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, product teams, and domain experts in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field.
- Strong theoretical foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data science methods.
- Demonstrated experience developing ML models, building ML pipelines, and deploying models to production for at least 3 years.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps workflows, version control, testing, and modular system design.
- Ability to work in the hybrid Galway, Ireland setup.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in computer vision.
- Experience with large datasets, data engineering workflows, and scalable data processing pipelines.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, distributed data processing, or large-scale ML systems.
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability for ML systems.
