Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work with an expectation to be in the office at least 50% of working time
Salary: €7 gross per hour; limited benefits apply to student roles.

What you will do
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages for assigned legal entities.
- Analyse financial data and develop an understanding of ’s operations and financial performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues across countries and functions.
- Support innovation initiatives involving automation, data analytics, AI, and modern reporting technologies.
- Present findings and reporting outcomes to management, stakeholders, and statutory auditors.
- Gain practical experience with financial controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory reporting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in the third to fifth year in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and think critically.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective written and spoken English communication and collaborative working style.
- Availability to work in the Bratislava hybrid arrangement, including office attendance at least 50% of working time.
Nice to have
- Interest in automation, AI, or modern reporting technologies such as SAP, Power BI, or Palantir Foundry.
- Knowledge of an additional European language, particularly German.
