Director, Subscription and Loyalty

What you will do

• Own the subscription program’s P&L across 14 markets in Europe and APAC, including subscriber growth, retention, topline, and profitability.
• Set the multi-year subscription strategy and translate it into short-, mid-, and long-term initiatives.
• Build, lead, and develop a multi-layered team of managers and senior individual contributors.
• Define and execute market-specific and cross-regional growth strategies.
• Identify, test, and scale high-impact initiatives through analysis and experimentation.
• Partner with Product, Pricing, Commercial, Marketing, Quick Commerce, and country leadership teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, high-growth technology, investment banking, private equity, FMCG, or related consumer growth businesses.
• Substantial experience in subscriptions, loyalty, membership, or consumer growth.
• Proven experience building and leading multi-layered teams, including managers.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including P&L ownership and ROI-based investment decisions.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
