Machine Learning Engineer (Ads Pangle)

Location: Seattle, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $129,960–$246,240 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

hirify.global operates a data privacy and cybersecurity program for U.S. user data, apps, algorithms, and the content ecosystem of the apps it operates.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize bidding algorithms and strategies across targeting, retrieval, ranking, and ad delivery systems.
• Improve large-scale online-learning deep models for real-time advertising applications.
• Enhance attribution accuracy, delivery quality, monetization efficiency, and long-term ecosystem sustainability.
• Design, build, and iterate on core ad prediction models, including CTR and CVR models.
• Identify and drive commercialization technologies and product solutions for Pangle's U.S. advertising platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and training complex, scalable machine learning systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, software design, and problem-solving.
• Strong coding skills and understanding of machine learning algorithms, especially deep learning and ranking models.
• Experience leading or driving machine learning projects.
• Ability to work fully in person in Seattle, up to 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Strong theoretical background in machine learning and deep learning.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience optimizing large-scale advertising systems, bidding algorithms, and delivery strategies.
• Familiarity with OCPC, OCPM, and AEO bidding models and ad delivery mechanisms.
• Strong business and data intuition, communication skills, ownership, and independent project execution.
