What you will do

• Define, document, maintain, and promote APIs and technical standards for the WDP System.
• Design API specifications using industry-standard formats and create developer documentation and examples.
• Establish API lifecycle governance and versioning strategies that preserve backward compatibility.
• Monitor API usage and performance metrics and collaborate with security teams on API security.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, participate in technical working groups, and provide API guidance to development teams.

Requirements

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Junior: 0–3 years of experience; Journeyman: 4–7 years; Senior: 8+ years. All levels require a bachelor's degree.
• Relevant certifications are required according to level, including SecurityX/CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP, FITSP-D, GDSA, GSEC, CISSO, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCIA, GCLD, GCSA, or GICSP.
• Professional proficiency in English, good communication skills, a self-starter mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and work in environments with moderate or occasional loud noise.
