QA Engineer

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid schedule with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote

Salary: €25–€35 per hour, depending on relevant experience

hirify.global is a Vilnius-based software development agency hiring for a fast-growing international technology client serving a large global user base.

What you will do

• Participate in the full testing lifecycle, including reviewing requirements, preparing test cases, and executing functional and non-functional tests.
• Perform primarily manual testing based on real user journeys and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain test coverage across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems.
• Test new features using API testing tools such as Swagger and Postman.
• Collaborate with the QA Lead, Engineering Manager, and other QA team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience in manual and/or automated testing.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, particularly UI/UX; mobile-only testing experience is not sufficient.
• Experience with Swagger, Postman, or equivalent API testing tools.
• Ability to become productive quickly and contribute independently from approximately the second week.
• English and Lithuanian required.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience writing and executing test plans and knowledge of test design techniques.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Basic SQL or database knowledge.
• Basic coding skills in any programming language.
