Quality Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: From €3,000 gross per month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Set and maintain the quality bar for the hPanel product.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing of web-based products.
• Create and maintain automated tests for new and existing features.
• Design scalable and reliable test architecture aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve delivery processes, monitoring, alerting, and quality assurance practices.
• Coach and mentor engineers, designers, product managers, and other QE Engineers on testing practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software QE engineer testing web-based applications.
• Experience with web testing and basic programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with databases, including MySQL or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of software QE methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Great communication skills in English are required.

Nice to have

• TypeScript programming experience.
• Experience with manual and automated API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger, or similar tools.
