What you will do
- Retouch and upload high-volume eCommerce product photography and editorial fashion campaign images.
- Manipulate, adjust, and swap product colors while preserving natural texture, shadows, and lighting.
- Create color variants, match images to physical samples and style guides, and maintain consistency across digital and print assets.
- Organize digital asset file structures, name files, crop images, and maintain file-size specifications.
- Upload assets to servers according to production calendars and complete quality assurance checks.
- Work with photographers, production teams, and creative directors to meet deadlines, incorporate feedback, and improve workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Photo Retoucher in a studio environment, ideally in fashion eCommerce.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photo retouching, color manipulation, before-and-after examples, and advanced color correction.
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop, plus strong knowledge of color theory and creative color grading.
- Knowledge of studio photography, lighting practices, and photographic terminology.
- Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, collaborative, and comfortable giving and receiving critical feedback.
- BA degree in Photography or equivalent work experience; English required, with additional languages advantageous.
