What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of the Credit Risk Operational Control Framework.
• Identify and assess existing key controls, close control gaps, and maintain a complete and accurate control register.
• Manage the review, challenge, approval, and sign-off cycle for framework deliverables.
• Prepare implementation and communication materials.
• Collaborate across 1st Line and 2nd Line functions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with control frameworks in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of credit risk control processes.
• Experience working with 1st Line and 2nd Line functions.
• Ability to assess controls, identify gaps, and coordinate approvals.
