Assistant Buyer - Women's (Fashion Merchandising): Supporting women's fashion buying by analyzing product performance, forecasting inventory, managing vendor availability, and coordinating purchase orders with an accent on trend analysis, replenishment, cost, quality, and delivery planning. Focus on evaluating historical data, recommending reorders and promotions, managing core items, and communicating size-level inventory and delivery requirements to vendors.
Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate optimal delivery, cost, and quality outcomes.
- Track item availability by size and color, incoming inventory, pre-orders, delivery dates, custom cut dates, and minimum order quantities.
- Analyze historical sales data, product trends, performance, and inventory levels to forecast replenishment needs.
- Present buying recommendations to Planning and enter and upload purchase orders in the system.
- Monitor program buys and core items, recommend promotional activity, and manage product flow.
- Track fashion market trends and emerging best practices in merchandising and buying.
Requirements
- More than one year of experience in replenishment, data analysis, or a similar field.
- Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills, including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Passion for fashion and trend analysis.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- English required; additional languages are advantageous.
