What you will do

• Select and prioritise series and non-scripted titles according to the annual content plan and portfolio priorities.
• Translate strategy into commercially focused monthly and quarterly content line-ups.
• Balance new releases, returning series, and library content across genres and editorial initiatives.
• Use performance data and local insights to refine selections, sequencing, exposure, and planning decisions.
• Identify gaps, risks, and overlaps in the content plan and turn them into requirements for Acquisitions.
• Collaborate with Content Curation, Content Performance & Value, Acquisitions, and local programming teams while improving planning tools and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in content planning, programming, content curation, or a similar media or entertainment role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use performance data and insights for content decisions.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into structured plans and actionable line-ups.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with AirTable or similar planning and management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SVOD, streaming services, or digital content environments.
• A can-do attitude, sense of humour, and a humble collaborative approach.
