What you will do

• Design ad creatives and campaign visuals for channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Adapt and repurpose assets for fast testing across multiple formats and platforms
• Support content production for landing pages, newsletters, and product launches
• Collaborate with performance marketers to test creative angles and learn from results
• Balance speed with structure: manage multiple deadlines without losing quality

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in content design, graphic design, or similar roles
• Hands-on skills in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Experience working with tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar)
• Understanding of performance marketing (paid social, digital campaigns)
• Strong organisational abilities and comfort with high-paced iteration
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
