TL;DR
Payroll & HR System Specialist (SuccessFactors): Overseeing HR systems and payroll data processes for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary with an accent on data quality, reporting, and system workflow improvements. Focus on building dashboards, translating business needs into analytical recommendations, identifying data risks, and supporting system upgrades and users.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; 4 days from the office and 1 flexible day

What you will do
- Oversee SuccessFactors and other HR systems, ensuring accurate data, reliable processes, and effective user support.
- Produce HR reporting, dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and decision-making insights for the People and Payroll functions.
- Design analytics solutions, improve system workflows, and support technical upgrades and rollouts.
- Conduct data audits, analyze trends, and proactively identify data-quality risks and opportunities.
- Provide training, communication, and expert guidance on system updates and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR Partners, leaders, analysts, vendors, technical teams, cybersecurity and AI/AD teams, legal, and compliance.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Data Analyst, HR Analyst, or in a similar analytical or systems-focused role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical questions and practical recommendations.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working across business and technical teams.
- Fluency in English and Czech, written and verbal, is required.
