Senior Data Analyst (Power BI/SQL)

Location: Kladno, Czech Republic; hybrid workplace with an average of 3 days per week at the primary workplace

hirify.global operates a manufacturing site in Kladno with a fully automated high-bay warehouse supporting factory logistics and production.

What you will do

• Analyze high-bay warehouse operational data, identify trends and anomalies, and convert findings into improvement opportunities.
• Analyze material flows with logistics analysts to support operational improvements.
• Provide first-line technical analysis of incidents and troubleshoot warehouse automation and system issues.
• Create and maintain queries, datasets, analysis reports, KPI definitions, and reporting.
• Participate in testing and implementing new functionalities with technical teams and suppliers.
• Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Basic database knowledge and the ability to create and maintain queries and datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including investigating anomalies and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Curiosity about technology and motivation to learn complex automated warehouse systems.
• Fluent Czech and advanced English, both spoken and written.
