Solution Consultant (PMX)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Cape Town or Johannesburg office, with 3 days working from home per week.

What you will do

• Guide new clients through PMX implementation and configuration through to software go-live.
• Provide professional consultancy services, including client workshops and formal training courses.
• Maintain expert knowledge of PMX and a working understanding of other MRI products and services.
• Support sales teams with pre-sales consultancy when required.
• Contribute client and sector insights to software development plans and evaluate or test new initiatives.
• Collaborate with PMX Support, Application Administration Services, and other internal teams while maintaining internal processes and systems.

Requirements

• Experience consulting on configurable software solutions.
• Knowledge of property management software, including financial aspects, is preferred.
• Experience delivering client training through formal courses and workshop-style sessions.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging with all levels of client organizations.
• Organized, methodical, and familiar with business analysis and related skills.
