Location: Onsite in Beverly Hills, California, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do
- Retouch high volumes of eCommerce and editorial fashion campaign images from studio and location shoots.
- Manipulate, adjust, and swap product colors while preserving natural texture, shadows, and lighting.
- Create color variants and match product imagery to physical samples and style guides.
- Maintain organized digital asset structures and ensure color consistency across image assets and media.
- Coordinate retouching and color management across production streams and deliver assets against daily and weekly deadlines.
- Perform image quality assurance and communicate with retouchers, photographers, publishers, buyers, the sample team, and post-production management.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Photo Retoucher in a studio environment, ideally in fashion eCommerce.
- Proven photo retouching and color manipulation experience supported by a portfolio with before-and-after examples.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, color correction, creative color grading, and studio photography and lighting practices.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
- Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, collaborative, and able to discuss image properties in technical detail.
- Fluency in English and availability for onsite work in Beverly Hills. A BA in Photography or equivalent professional experience is required.
