Senior C# Developer (.NET)

Location: Prague office, Czech Republic

Salary: CZK 1,200,000–1,683,000 annual full-time equivalent base salary, excluding additional compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Apply secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Implement unit testing practices to improve code design, readability, and reliability.
• Monitor technology trends and contribute to technical communities and innovation.

Requirements

• Advanced C# and .NET programming skills.
• Proficiency with MS SQL.
• Experience with agile practices, including test-driven development.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical information.
• Experience managing risk and strengthening controls in software delivery.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency with Angular.
• Experience with BDD or specification by example.
• Solution architecture and strong software design practices.
