What you will do

• Understand client operating models, finance processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
• Advise housing providers on using enterprise finance software to improve business outcomes and service delivery.
• Design, configure, and tailor software solutions to client-specific requirements.
• Lead software implementation and integration activities and provide hands-on support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Deliver training for end users and client teams.
• Create structured documentation to support adoption, ongoing use, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, implementation, or client-facing roles within enterprise or finance software, or equivalent experience in finance or accounting operations.
• Solid understanding of general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate client finance requirements into practical, configurable software solutions.
• Strong functional and technical acumen, with clear communication of complex concepts.
• Organised, methodical, pragmatic, and commercially aware approach to delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, plus willingness to learn client-specific regulatory or industry contexts.
