Artwork Coordinator (Print Production)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and collaborators to deliver artwork projects on time, within cost, and to the required quality.
• Maintain an overview of projects and communicate delivery plans with marketing, procurement, supply chain development, printers, factories, and co-packers.
• Identify and recommend continuous improvements to artwork processes and procedures.
• Provide reference artworks, cutters, symbols, and other information needed for artwork creation.
• Create printer reference codes and support artwork setup across factories and the wider supply network.
• Act as the key contact for printers, including commissioning first productions.

Requirements

• Degree-level education at minimum, such as HBO or a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in printed packaging.
• Good understanding of prepress, print production, graphic design techniques, processes, and workflow practices.
• Experience in a print, prepress, graphics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills with the ESKO workflow and briefing tool.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, project management ability, networking skills, and fluency in English.

• Experience working with multi-market, multi-brand organizations.
