Senior BI Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into scalable dashboards, reports, analytical models, and actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, optimise, and automate Power BI reporting solutions.
• Write, troubleshoot, validate, and optimise SQL queries for analysis, reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Analyse client, market, and product performance using iGaming metrics and commercial drivers.
• Build cohort, retention, conversion, and player-value analyses across player lifecycle stages and segments.
• Present findings to internal and external stakeholders and maintain KPI definitions, documentation, validation checks, and a consistent source of truth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Meaningful professional experience in the iGaming industry.
• Strong practical experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, report maintenance, and performance optimisation.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with business-facing dashboards, analytical outputs, and commercial recommendations.
• Strong understanding of iGaming metrics, including turnover, GGR, NGR, deposits, withdrawals, active players, FTDs, bonuses, retention, conversion, and player value.
• Professional working proficiency in English, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple online casino or sportsbook operators, brands, or B2B clients.
• Experience across casino, sportsbook, CRM, payments, VIP, acquisition, affiliates, player lifecycle, or commercial reporting.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift or another modern cloud data warehouse.
• Advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, semantic model design, and performance optimisation.
• Experience with automated validation, reconciliation controls, standardised reporting frameworks, reusable analytical models, or AI-assisted analytical tools.
