Associate Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; 100% onsite

What you will do

• Contribute to product design projects that directly affect customers’ financial lives.
• Apply design thinking to solve user and business problems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, brand, and marketing partners to ship useful, polished, on-brand experiences.
• Create high-quality visual designs, motion work, and micro-interactions.
• Support research planning, insight synthesis, and application of findings to designs.
• Apply the design system and visual language consistently across platforms.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of product design experience, including internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating product thinking and strong visual craft.
• Graphic design and motion design skills.
• Strong understanding of design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Comfort working with established design systems and adapting them when appropriate.
• Interest in using artificial intelligence tools for design and commitment to improving access to credit.
