What you will do

  • Partner with senior go-to-market leaders to design and execute revenue transformation strategies using hirify.global's AI Operating System.
  • Map customer processes to AI-driven workflows that support measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Lead adoption and change management initiatives that embed hirify.global into daily team operations.
  • Use data-driven insights to quantify business outcomes, ROI, and customer value realization.
  • Own renewal strategy and execution while partnering with cross-functional teams on expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and executive stakeholders throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience owning relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders and leading value and ROI discussions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven approach focused on measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environments.
  • Growth mindset with strong collaboration, accountability, and coachability.
