What you will do

• Own customer engagements from problem framing through solution delivery and commercial impact.
• Apply machine learning, forecasting, optimisation, and agentic AI techniques to demand forecasting, pricing, promotions, and supply-chain decisioning.
• Work directly with retailers, manufacturers, and their customer teams on complex real-world problems.
• Translate successful engagement outcomes into product direction and stronger core capabilities.
• Collaborate autonomously with data scientists, customer executives, and other stakeholders to ship solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience applying machine learning or data science to real-world commercial problems.
• Relevant depth in forecasting, optimisation, supply chain, or pricing.
• Fluent programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex models to non-technical audiences and customer executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity, direct customer contact, and a fast-paced delivery environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic or LLM-based systems.
• Experience building machine learning systems in production.
