Lead Brand Designer

Location: Remote, Minsk, Belarus

Keydev is building a design team and is hiring for brand design work across its brands and products.

What you will do

• Develop and refine brand assets, including typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates.
• Own and evolve visual identity across brands and products.
• Create visual materials for brand communications and internal needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Drive brand consistency across SMM, CRM, product, and marketing touchpoints.
• Set creative direction for campaigns and launches, review design outputs, and mentor designers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual identity work.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Ability to translate business goals into strategic visual solutions and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance marketing.
• Experience working with motion or 3D teams.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and user behavior.
