Senior Principal Flutter Engineer (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture and core development of a one-codebase, multi-site mobile compliance portal.
• Design multi-tenant configuration, dynamic UI theming, code isolation, and differentiated platform and environment behavior.
• Align Product, UI/UX, Backend Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams while resolving technical bottlenecks and coordinating delivery.
• Build automated mobile build, testing, and release pipelines for frequent multi-site rollouts.
• Investigate Flutter Engine performance issues, including memory leaks and rendering jank, and establish crash analytics and APM monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience across iOS and/or Android, including at least 3 years architecting and delivering complex production Flutter projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with multi-site, white-label, multi-tenant, unified multi-region, or heavily modularized mobile architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Flutter rendering, the Widget tree, Dart internals, Flutter-Native integration, and MethodChannel.
• Hands-on experience with multi-flavor and multi-target CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
• Strong technical leadership, ownership, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional conflict-resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience evolving mobile architectures for applications with millions of daily active users.
• Low-level iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin development and performance-tuning experience.
• High-quality open-source Flutter contributions, including pull requests to the official Flutter repository.
• Experience with multinational and cross-time-zone teams, or strong written and verbal English proficiency.
