Coordinator (Saudi) (Inspection and Certification): Coordinating communication, inspection documentation, reports, certificates, schedules, and project submissions in Riyadh with an accent on document control, stakeholder coordination, and compliance support. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; open only to Saudi nationals
Salary: SAR 6,500–7,500 per month

SGS provides testing, inspection, and certification services through a global network of laboratories and business facilities.
What you will do
- Coordinate communication between clients, management, and inspection engineers.
- Prepare, print, manage, and submit inspection reports and certificates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and follow up on pending submissions.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Support compliance audits by organizing required documentation.
- Resolve administrative and coordination issues with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in administration or document control, preferably in inspection or engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Saudi nationality is required.

- Experience with the IDI program.
