Senior / Lead IFS Finance Consultant (IFS Cloud)

Location: Port City, Western Province, Sri Lanka; hybrid work options

What you will do

• Lead Finance Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design.
• Configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets modules.
• Drive data migration and financial reconciliation activities.
• Support banking, payroll, and external-system integrations.
• Lead SIT, UAT, Go-Live cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Provide L2/L3 support, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement for the Finance workstream.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of ERP Finance consulting experience.
• Proven delivery experience with hirify.global Applications or hirify.global Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and finance processes including P2P, O2C, and R2R.
• Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and Go-Live support.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
