Contracts Manager (Oil & Gas)

Location: Onsite office role in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day. Relocation assistance and housing allowance are available when relocating to Tashkent from another country or region.

Salary: Competitive salary, agreed after the interview; paid twice a month in Uzbek sums. Annual performance bonus available.

What you will do

• Coordinate commercial and contractual performance for operations including the Fergana Oil Refinery.
• Manage pricing, indexation, invoicing, claims, receivables, and key performance metrics.
• Coordinate contract changes, amendments, and negotiations to implement new agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Support regional projects and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal to develop efficient solutions.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in commercial or contract management.
• Experience in oil and gas, refining, or petrochemicals is preferred.
• Strong commercial approach focused on P&L, pricing, and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaborator management skills.
• Fluent English and Russian are required.

• Proficiency in Uzbek.
