What you will do

• Serve as Corporate Secretary to UzNIF’s Supervisory Board, committees, and General Shareholders Meetings.
• Coordinate agendas, notices, meeting materials, minutes, resolutions, work plans, and action tracking.
• Maintain governance records and registers and support disclosure and listing compliance for the expected dual listing on the Tashkent Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange.
• Assist with corporate transactions, internal rules, contracts, regulatory filings, registrations, and interactions with Uzbek authorities.
• Prepare and review legal documents in Uzbek, Russian, and English and conduct research on Uzbek legislation.
• Advise on corporate governance, disclosure obligations, regulatory matters, and relationships with external legal advisers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least five years of corporate law experience, preferably in a reputable law firm and/or a dual-listed company.
• Experience working with regulators and state authorities, including legal filings, disclosures, and registrations.
• Experience with cross-border legal matters; financial services, capital markets, investment, or private equity experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Specialist’s Degree in Law from a recognized leading university.
• Professional fluency in English and Russian, including accurate use of legal terminology; Uzbek is preferred.
• Strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, ethical standards, and collaboration skills.
