What you will do
- Identify automation opportunities and build transformation work pipelines across partner areas.
- Build and customize the Smart Automation Centre playbook for robotic process automation from use-case identification through implementation.
- Maintain a knowledge library covering robotics implementation guidance and reusable bot code in partnership with Technology.
- Lead the robotics training strategy across audience segments, training needs, and content.
- Develop business case tools, vendor engagement strategies, and robotic workforce management tools.
- Establish change management and controls for robotic deployment and refine the services strategy business case with Finance.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of total work experience, ideally with deep experience in financial services.
- At least 4 years of project or program management experience involving technology deployment, ideally robotics and emerging technologies.
- Experience building and managing an organizational transformation work pipeline.
- Experience leading or developing automation solutions for Operations and Services, particularly robotics.
- Strong data analytics capabilities, including cost analysis and internal and external benchmarking.
- Ability to work with senior managers and large teams across countries, functions, and businesses.
Nice to have
- Basic development or EUC configuration experience.
