Portfolio Analyst and Strategy Specialist - GDPR - Data and Automation

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Strongsville, OH, United States

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 annually, plus incentive-eligible compensation.

What you will do

• Translate GDPR and UK GDPR requirements into executable data management requirements, controls, and audit-ready evidence.
• Support Records of Processing Activities and data mapping across domains, documenting purposes, lawful bases, data categories, recipients, storage, retention, and transfers.
• Perform data discovery, classification, and lineage mapping across applications and upstream and downstream data flows.
• Support DSARs, DPIAs, retention requirements, SCCs/IDTAs, and transfer risk assessments.
• Develop financial, regulatory, portfolio, credit-risk, and operational-risk analyses and reporting.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Security, Finance, Risk, technology, and business teams to resolve gaps and monitor strategy performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience; equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Experience with data governance, data mapping, data analytics, financial analysis, predictive analytics, and quantitative or risk models.
• Knowledge of banking products, credit risk, operational risk, regulatory environments, risk appetite, and performance measurement.
• Ability to work in an in-office setting in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Strongsville.
