What you will do

• Train team members to assemble and install HVAC sub-assembly components accurately and efficiently.
• Check unit assembly, wiring, components, quality, productivity, and compliance with approved procedures and codes.
• Serve as the primary contact for production-line issues and provide problem-solving assistance.
• Coordinate production schedules, verify work-order packets, confirm parts availability, and approve sub-assembly and end-of-line documentation.
• Inspect blueprints and assembly drawings, perform minor repairs and adjustments, and provide production backup support.
• Enforce warehouse safety and housekeeping standards while communicating with management and production teams.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Longview, Texas, United States.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Written and spoken English communication skills are required.
• Ability to assess work accuracy and quality, including color detection, and perform the physical demands of the role.
• Ability to lead, motivate, communicate effectively, work with multiple teams, and maintain satisfactory attendance.

• Work involves standing for approximately 95% of the time, repetitive hand motions, climbing ladders and stairs, and moving objects weighing 25–50 pounds.
