Senior Business Analyst (Fintech): Supporting operational improvement, technology implementation, automation, and business transformation across the real-estate lending lifecycle with an accent on data analysis, process documentation, and business cases. Focus on analyzing incomplete or conflicting information, mapping workflows, developing executive-ready presentations, and producing accurate deliverables during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Location: Remote, part-time, for professionals based in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Chile, or Uruguay. Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours is required.

What you will do
- Execute assigned business-improvement workstreams independently and proactively identify risks, blockers, and open questions.
- Gather, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to calculate key metrics and develop business insights.
- Interview internal stakeholders, document workflows, and create process maps and written procedures.
- Support business cases by organizing assumptions and evaluating operational and financial impact.
- Create polished, executive-ready presentations and maintain documentation of methodologies, assumptions, decisions, and work status.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, internal consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, or strategy and operations.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with incomplete or conflicting information.
- Experience building business cases, analyzing processes, creating process maps, and developing professional presentations with limited rework.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides; familiarity with process-mapping tools and the ability to learn new business systems quickly.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English and availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Strong internal stakeholder-management skills.
