Undergrad Intern - Operations (Biotechnology)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, full-time summer internship. U.S. work authorization is required for the duration of the program.

What you will do

• Support project-based and experiential learning activities within Operations.
• Lead initiatives and strategic analysis across Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering.
• Develop business cases for operational projects.
• Prepare effective recommendations for senior leadership.
• Participate in professional development sessions, mentoring, and networking events during the approximately 13-week program.

Requirements

• Be an undergraduate student eligible for an internship or co-op assignment.
• Demonstrate motivation, hard work, and the ability to contribute to Operations initiatives.
• Be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program.
• Be available for the approximately 13-week Summer 2027 internship.
