What you will do
- Support quotes, orders, RMAs, warranty claims, and open transaction follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery holds, expedite parts, and fulfill TKM kit requests.
- Assist with billing, invoice reconciliation, invoice disputes, accounts receivable follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
- Provide proactive updates on high-value orders and monitor past-due, obsolete, and problem parts.
- Participate in RIT/UAT system testing and help resolve basic B2B and ASN issues under guidance.
- Support customer master setup, entitlement compliance, established procedures, team KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- New college graduate profile with general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience.
- Conceptual knowledge of relevant theories, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to use established procedures to solve standard problems and meet deadlines.
- Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and confirm understanding.
- No supervisory responsibilities; accountability is focused on developing technical contribution.
