TL;DR
Senior DSP Software Engineer (Embedded DSP): Designing, developing, integrating, and verifying DSP audio filters, algorithms, embedded solutions, and audio frameworks with an accent on real-time C/C++, fixed-point implementation, and low-footprint, low-latency systems. Focus on building test benches for simulation and target hardware, optimizing DSP solutions, debugging technical issues, and supporting products from requirements through production.
Location: Onsite in Athens or Patras, Greece; remote work is not available

What you will do
- Design, develop, integrate, evaluate, and verify DSP audio filters and algorithms.
- Specify, develop, and optimize embedded DSP hardware and software solutions and audio frameworks.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across simulation and target hardware environments.
- Develop test benches for DSP algorithms and embedded code.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and report defects using issue-tracking tools.
- Provide technical support from product requirements through production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 6+ years of deep experience in embedded software development.
- Excellent knowledge of DSP, MCU, IC, audio codec, embedded, and real-time software architectures.
- Fluent real-time embedded C/C++ programming with in-depth DSP algorithm development experience.
- Good competency in Python and/or MATLAB, including fixed-point implementation.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work onsite in Athens or Patras, Greece; this is a regular permanent employment position with no remote work.
Nice to have
- Experience with audio, digital filtering, headphones, wireless earbuds, and portable audio applications.
- Experience optimizing DSP solutions for low footprint, low latency, and low power.
- Previous team-leading or technical-leading experience.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and SystemC.
