Sr Staff Engineer - SoC Program Management (Automotive): Leading customer-facing SoC programs for ADAS, Cockpit, IVI, camera, and AI/vision applications with an accent on cross-functional execution, milestone tracking, and risk management. Focus on coordinating hardware and software integration, managing safety and performance gaps, and driving complex technical, schedule, and commercial issues to closure.
Location: Seoul, South Korea; onsite, remote work is not available

What you will do
- Lead customer-facing SoC program execution for ADAS, Cockpit, IVI, camera, and AI/vision projects.
- Serve as the primary project-management interface for Tier1 and OEM customers.
- Coordinate hardware, software, FAE, sales, business, quality, commercial, and senior-management stakeholders.
- Track milestones, assign owners and target dates, close issues, mitigate risks, and escalate decisions.
- Manage software integration, SDK and platform migration, safety deliverables, performance gaps, release timing, and change requests.
- Support RFQ/RFI activities, requirements clarification, deviation handling, customer award-readiness, and executive reporting.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, embedded systems, automotive engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Several years of project-management experience in automotive semiconductors, embedded systems, ADAS, Cockpit, IVI, or software platform projects.
- Experience working with Tier1 and/or OEM customers.
- Understanding of embedded hardware and software development, software integration, and automotive release processes.
- Strong risk, issue, milestone, escalation, communication, ownership, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
Nice to have
- PMP certification or a comparable project-management qualification.
- German or Korean language skills, or experience with Korean Tier1/OEM customers.
- Experience with automotive SoCs, SDKs, AUTOSAR, Linux, QNX, Android, camera frameworks, or AI/vision software.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and structured Excel-based tracking.
