Bath Installation Helper

Location: On-site in New Castle, Delaware, United States. Must be authorized to work in the US and hold a valid driver's license with dependable transportation.

What you will do

• Assist the installer with bath and shower remodeling in customers’ homes.
• Follow installation directions, scopes of work, checklists, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Provide customer service and help resolve issues to maintain homeowner satisfaction.
• Identify house and bathroom specifications and prepare the work area.
• Clean job sites and return tools and equipment to the vehicle safely.
• Complete installation certification and progressively learn job staging and vehicle loading.

Requirements

• Solid carpentry skills and basic hand-tool knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with verbal, written, and mathematical skills at that level.
• US work authorization, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more and work extended hours.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to maintain excellent attendance.
• Ability to work well with others, maintain a positive attitude, and learn company methods and policies.
