What you will do

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles using automotive knowledge and technical skills.
• Complete accurate, honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns with other technicians and the service department.
• Communicate repair concerns clearly and work collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Expertise in engine performance, transmissions, ABS/braking, and advanced HVAC systems.
• ASE certifications or Master Technician status preferred, or a demonstrated plan to achieve certification.
• Ability to meet or exceed 40–50 flag hours per week.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to operate manual-transmission vehicles, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to lift or move over 100 pounds occasionally, stand or walk for most of the workday, work in tight spaces, and use hand tools efficiently.
