Manager, Global Technology, Decision Solutions (Fraud Technology)

Location: Bogota; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

• Define and execute the technology strategy for Decisioning Fraud and related platforms.
• Lead platform modernization initiatives focused on scalability, resiliency, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery across solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives and technology investments.
• Ensure platform availability, reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence across environments.
• Lead critical incident resolution, root cause analysis, corrective actions, client implementations, and performance monitoring through relevant KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise technology, platform management, or technology delivery for large-scale business applications.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams, transformation initiatives, and enterprise software delivery organizations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, DevOps, incident management, service management, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Experience managing business-critical platforms in highly regulated environments, including governance, risk management, security, and compliance.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, systems integration, distributed environments, cloud platforms, production support, monitoring, service reliability, and platform operations.

• Experience with fraud prevention, decisioning, risk management, authentication, or customer onboarding platforms.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation and platform modernization programs.
• Knowledge of financial services, credit, fraud prevention, or risk management industries.
• Experience with modern cloud-native architectures and building high-performing technology teams.
